The Caledonia-5 is the bike that Cervélo always reach for when they know that the computer will show well over the three-digit km mark. Long rides always have some smooth tarmac, potholes on back roads, a crisp shortcut between official paths and maybe even a local Strade Bianche sector of their own. So Cervélo have built a bike that meets all these requirements and can also be fitted with mudguards in case those funny clouds turn into a downpour after 130 km.
Cervélo’s frame, fork, handlebars and associated components are designed to protect the brake and gear cables (mechanical, electrical and hydraulic) from the wind to improve aerodynamics without compromising usability or performance.
